I'm not sure if my booking worked

If you filled out the booking form and clicked 'Submit', then we will receive your booking. You should see a message saying 'Thank you for your booking'. You may not receive a booking confirmation by email. If you're still not sure, feel free to contact us by clicking here.

When do I have to pay?

Please pay at the door when you arrive. You do not need to pay online. Tickets cost £5 per seat.

Why do I have to agree to a Privacy Policy?

In order to make a booking via you must agree to our Privacy Policy. This is an important document detailing how your data is used, stored and shared. In accordance with EU law, The Vale Cinema must ensure that all users understand exactly how their data is used by reading our Privacy Policy. You can read it here.

Is there a film showing tonight?

We show a film on the last Friday of the month, every month. To see what is showing and when, please check our Home Page.
